As Operations & Administration Manager, Tabitha Lee supports the day-to-day operations of CO:LAB and works directly with entrepreneurs to help create an environment where businesses can connect, grow, and thrive.
Tabitha brings a strong background in operations, business management, and entrepreneurship. Having owned and managed businesses herself, she understands firsthand the challenges that come with building a business from managing daily operations and making financial decisions to adapting, problem-solving, and finding the right resources at the right time.
At CO:LAB, Tabitha oversees facility and administrative operations while supporting the entrepreneurs and businesses that call CO:LAB home. She is passionate about strengthening the entrepreneur experience, building connections within the community, and helping CO:LAB continue to grow as a resource for emerging businesses in the Pensacola area.
